Kousaro provides professional logo design and branding services. All services are custom-made based on client requirements and project brief.

2. Orders & Payments

• All orders must be paid in full or according to the agreed payment plan before final delivery
• Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice
• Work begins only after payment confirmation

3. Delivery

• Delivery times vary depending on project complexity
• Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated before project start
• Delays may occur if client feedback or required information is not provided on time

4. Revisions

• Revision limits depend on the selected package or agreement
• Revisions include minor adjustments to the existing concept
• Major redesigns may be treated as a new order

5. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of design services, refunds are generally not provided once work has started. Refund requests may be considered only under exceptional circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property

• Final approved designs are transferred to the client upon full payment
• Kousaro retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, content, and feedback required for project completion. Delays caused by missing information are not the responsibility of Kousaro.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kousaro is not responsible for any indirect damages or losses resulting from the use of our services or website.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services means acceptance of the updated terms.
