1. Delivery Method

All logo designs, branding files, and project deliverables are sent digitally via:

• Email
• Google Drive or secure download link
• Client dashboard (if applicable)

2. Delivery Time

• Delivery time depends on the selected package and project complexity
• Estimated timelines will be shared before starting the project
• Delays may occur if client feedback or required information is not provided on time

3. File Formats

Final delivered files may include:

• PNG (transparent background)
• JPG
• PDF
• SVG / Vector files (depending on package)
• Source files (if included in your plan)

4. No Physical Shipping

Since all services are digital, there are:

• ❌ No shipping fees
• ❌ No physical parcels
• ❌ No courier or delivery services involved

5. Download Access

Clients are responsible for downloading and safely storing their files after delivery. We recommend saving backups of all final assets.
