These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made on Kousaro.com for logo design and branding services.

1. Service Nature

Kousaro provides custom digital design services only. All products are created specifically for each client based on their requirements.

2. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are displayed on our website or agreed upon before project start
• Payment must be completed before final delivery of any design files
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice

3. Order Process

• Clients must provide accurate project details before work begins
• Once payment is confirmed, the design process starts immediately
• Any changes requested after approval may require additional fees

4. Delivery

• Final designs are delivered digitally via email or secure download link
• Delivery time depends on the selected package and project complexity
• Delays caused by late client feedback are not the responsibility of Kousaro

5. Revisions

• Revision limits depend on the purchased package
• Minor adjustments are included within the agreed scope
• Major changes may be treated as a new order

6. Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final once the design process has started. Refunds are only considered in exceptional cases at our discretion.

7. Ownership & Usage Rights

• Upon full payment, the client receives full rights to the final approved design
• Kousaro reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed
